A London-based food blog which follows my 2015 resolution – trying at least one new recipe every fortnight. This can be anything – a main meal, a starter, a dessert or a snack. I love healthy eating but think the occasional cheeky indulgences are also very important, so there should be a bit of a mix! I’ve been lucky enough to do quite a bit of travelling (and hope to do a lot more!), and think its great when you can bring those flavours home with you and be inspired by different world cuisines. And of course with a busy working life, simplicity is of essence and most of the recipes often double up as tasty lunches or leftover meals for later in the week. And I won’t pretend to be anything but an amateur at this!
I’m hoping to give myself some food inspiration and it would be great if I could share that with others along the way. Or if anyone has any ideas or recipes to share with me, I’d love to read your comments!
